What are other Reward Lots that Depend on the "Regional Tracking Mod" to work?

Currently, I've found these two LEX items:

Both of which require the "RTM" for the money transfer functionality to work. And although they have the same function, you can't have both installed at the same time.

Are there other reward lots that require the RTM to function properly besides these two?

What is the "regional tracking mod" anyway? Hmm... maybe I should google it.

iirc the entire bsc rewards chain kinda depends on it.

@Vortext: That's how I understood how the mod is supposed to work, or rather how I thought it works... I know that kinda didn't make sense so let me explain.

The mod is supposed to record important data required by certain reward lots so you can earn them, for example, there is a reward that requires you to have three connected cities. Once you do have three connected cities the reward lot does become available for any one of those three connected cities. But what I thought was, you can use the mod to earn other rewards for any of your cities on one particular region.

I thought you can use the mod to unlock a reward and have it made available for every city on your region provided you haven't plopped it yet on one city.

The regional data aspect of the mod is cool though
