NAM April 2008 release - monorail pollution levels

The latest NAM is again impressive!! 

One query tho, in the previous NAM am I right in saying that monorails were pollution free? Using the April 2008 release my air pollution has doubled and the increase seems to be all along my monorail tracks which I use extensively as long distance people carriers.
