European beauty doesn't even begin to describe this update, there are so many more I could think of that would, but this update is deserving of more than just one word.  

The Voxono III Castle was a wonderful twist that really gives the city that medieval and deeply rooted cultural feel.  I also liked the Botanical Gardens, which I thought perfectly blended in with the surrounding scenery.  The modern library actually fits in quite well where it's located, it didn't detract from the architecture around it in my opinion. 

This is a look I've been striving to create in my own regions, but have yet been as successful as you have with Xion.   Superb work   I eagerly await another update.
