I swear to God that I did NOT plop these buildings! The minute I finished a separate industrial city and I switched to the high tech city that these buildings are in, they grew for me! I'll be willing to post photos to prove my innocence.

This is the view of the entire city that the buildings grew on, about 1 game year after the first pictures. Unfortunately, the game CTD'd soon after this photo was taken, so I'm not sure if the Integricultures are still there. Don't worry, though. The Somys are still there.

Looks like you have one of those "Growing Empty Lots" in your picture there. Right at the AVE/RD T intersection. You should report it here if it isn't on the list already.
