Problem with farms, (new post, old topic?)

I'd like to create my rural areas a little more realistically, you don't find sugar cane growing in Idaho amid potato farms. Crops are grown in different regions according to climate and terrain.
I've created a 'plugin menu" of directories with a "Wine Country", "Grains", etc outside of the simcity dir. that I swap in and out of the plugins directory as I build my rural areas.

Is there an override the Maxis default farms?


On a side note, Brenda's Vineyard is a pain in the ass to find, you don't even get a hit with a google search.
