Although very simple and not so difficult, the Challenge 8 was kinda hard on me, for I am not talented with harbours nor airports at all. Therefore I concentrated my self on making a trainstation for the export/import challenge. Even then it was hard for me to choose the right lots and so I created some new ones in hope they will look ok. That is also why it took me so long. I am not a "specialist" of trainstations either so don't expect much from me in this challenge.

Since the southern region is rich in woods, I made the mainressources to be lumber and woodproducts in my region in challenge 7. These are also my mainproducts to be exported. Here are some pictures of the sawmill, which is located right in the middle of the industrial center. The main products are commercial planks and construction lumber.

From the sawmill the finished wood products are shipped to the trainstation, where they are classified by orders, loaded onto traincars and shipped to the exterior of the region, which will bring the region an economic revenue and jobs for the population. Here are some detailed pictures of the train station where all this occurs.

About the event/disaster picture I again had no idea, so I just took a picture of a duststorm that happened in the industrial area one day. Better than nothing....... ;)

Here are my two regional pictures, one in regular and one in transportational view.

I don't know why some places are of whitish colour in my transportational view, sorry about that.

That's it. I will concentrate myself on judging your challenge 8 uploads now. I wanted to finish my part first, a question of better judging yours once I have done it myself.
For those who haven't done so, please do judge my challenge 6 and 7 meanwhile, so I can update and finalize the pointagesheet. Thanks.
