Still not quite finished with beautification but its coming along. I added an extra access road to the left with a weird diamond interchange as you can't go all ways. I still need to finish off signage, pond maintenance (my "painting" skills are rubbish) and lighting but expect a good result (I hope :) )

And no the ponds aren't finished (it is built in a swampy area that's why all the ponds)

Here is one of mine which took some effort to make since I had to accommodate the railroad and the sloping terrain:

Very nice jonno!I wonder how nice that intersection will be when the new NAM will be released with the maxis highway override!

Still tinkering with the design... The hilliness of the area isn't making it easy  $%Grinno$%

I don't always reconstruct Maxis Highways, but when I do, I go all out.

First time I've ever used the MHW partial-y in a functional setting. :P

Durfsurn

Nice way to make MHW look respectable!

Flatron

A very basic interchange from Söderland:

The location is not busy enough for a "real" interchange, but to important for traffic lights or a roundabout...

Durfsurn

Creative use for the Slip lanes nice work there Flatron!

sunv123

Yes, i agree. Nice use of the slip lanes, although they do look a little strange with the stub not connecting to the avenue, or in this case the highway.
Provo, a city apart Updated July 4.

Wiimeiser

So maybe we should make a split to slip lanes piece?

Here is a couple of mine:

One down side to trees is you lose parts of the interchange as seen in this interchange (never plant those tall trees and leave the simulator on Cheetah)

and with DRAWPATHS on:

Wiimeiser

Ouch. Looks like some paths have gone AWOL.

Not likely. The zoom level makes some of the arrows disappear, but the paths are there.

wallasey

I like that Gugu3! Might have a go at that one myself!

Paul 999

Why that double loop? You use sow much space, whit you don't really need.

Gugu3

Because I jut wanted to doan interchange like that ;D It's in the suburbs...and as in real life not all the interchanges are compact...I will develop an industriao area around it...and in part I will just plant seasonal trees...It's an area at the limit of the city
