Try to make new LODs for the building, (new gmax file).

You have to show your sims how to park the stack of barrels. How did you get it placed them through the wall !

Nice bat. Great idea to put the corrugated roof metal texture on the door. It's very effective. The lot looks good too and has a European feel because of the brick wall but will fit well in any city.

The warehouse looks great, it just needs a bit more dirt and detail on the main roof. Right now the texture looks too schematic, especially in comparison to the very realistic corrugated roof. The rest is really good!

You should also release a non-HD version--HD is only recommended for very small buildings and props, as it puts a big strain on the game's rendering resources for anything bigger--and the user can then choose which to install for their system.
