Small Town W2W Buildings

Does anybody know of any W2W buildings that would look good in a small town in the US? I already have JBSimio's excellent SmalltownUSA set, but it looks a bit odd to have those same buildings in every small town.

As far as I know Simgoober made a set of American W2W buildings but it has not yet been released and I don't know if it will be. Maybe someone more in the know would be able to answer that.

Yep, Spa's stuff fits in real well with JSSimio's set, and I also like to use some of Nofunk's bat's for that as well(you'll have to get them from ST)

Search for yticmic on the STEX.  There is a small theater pack that you would like plus a couple corner buildings...

Most of tomdapom's BAT's (here (STEX)) will also fit in nicely.
