That's an excellent picture of a waterfront tooheys! But my vote goes to The Tea Cat, very pictoresque!

I love Derry's picture - I voted for it in the previous round.
But Dave's work is excellent too and it should be appreciated.
Dave, your picture has some interesting elements:
- very good us of Somy's seaport set: many people put too much pieces of this set together, even if they are very similar and it causes a repetitive look of the waterfront. Your use of this set is moderate and you connect Somy's pieces with the PEG ones - great effect!
- Your freight station is placed perfectly, very good composition with Somy's lots (although containers are completely different)

The only disadvantages of Dave's picture:
- The waterfront area is too narrow, it should be at least 1,5 times wider and consists of more elements. Why? Because Somy's lots are elements of a big port.
- The area in the left upper corner is empty, so the picture looks unfinished

Derry's picture is great, but it would be good to have more life and more light in the front of these beautiful buildings. People sit under these umbrellas, drink a good wine (or tea ), and what can they see? Usually there is a reason of placing tables outside the building.

So...

A closer zoom of those lit up façades, and I would have voted for you, Derry.
With the current zoom the picture looks too dark.

Thus, a vote for Dave makes it 3-2, TTC in the lead.

It does seem that penguin's vote was for tooheys (though if penguin wishes to clarify before the end of the round, I don't think there would be a problem).

I will vote for TTC. The port is very well assembled, but there is that small undeveloped space at the top of the hill which, while it may make sense the the full context of the city, looks out of place for such  dense port area. Also, while a very small thing, there is that menu minimization button at the bottom left. TTC has really taken the opportunity to show some really well made, well placed nightlighted buildings.
