Big Slark:
That is a nice smalltown environment with the commercials at the main street, lots of green and all those small houses. And in addtiton to this you worked very nicely on the map's slopes
Yet the picture composition could be way better, it shows too much yet not enough for the eyes to make a center point of the pic.

Because of this I go for SA, too, which makes it

4-0 for SA

I will also agree with Nardo's statements. It is a good area though. Take off the grid, pick a particular point of interest, and you'll have a really good pic.
