Just download today and when trying to run the program I get the following errors in the log file. Am running Windows 10

Check you have the listed .dll files (dependencies) for PIM-X installed. Usually it's best to place a copy of them in the root folder where you installed PIM-X, this will ensure the App can see them.
If that's not happening, you may need to run the App as Admin or it's also possible some overzealous security is blocking access too.
