I seem to have resolved my problem after the next computer restart

Got me again. My HD crashed so I had to reinstall SC4. I reinstalled it about 7 times before I thought to look here. And it is working again. Now I just have to install the patches, NAM, and several thousand lots and mods. Thanks again!
