Metarvo's picture demonstrates some cool, rarely seen angles within sc4. The FAR road and custom angled power props really make it unique and show the skill of the creator. TTC's pic is just such a fantastic scene though. Most pics, even from the best city builders are at the most an image of location from our minds, with little attention paid to time and action. TTC has created a compelling recreation of an actual event, at a very specific place and time. Its so hard to do in sc4 because of the limitations and generic nature of events within the game that we have seen 1 thousand times (fireworks, car crashes, the odd tree covered in tp... ...yawn...). Its a tough choice, but TTC's is a little more worthy than Metarvo's of the HOF in my humble opinion.

I absolutly agree with cubby420, even though metarvo's picture is amazing, though. The way the scene is presented shows that it obviously required a lot of work, giving it an edge. With everything taken into account though, I cast my vote:
