Gascooker commercials and residentials

I am in the process of updating all gascooker's commercial and residential uploads. Many of these install outdated GC_Essentials and one or two install outdated BAT prop packs. I have locked all the relevant uploads pending updating. If you have recently downloaded any of these, please find and remove any copies of GC_Essentials as these are now incorporated into BSC Essentials also find and remove any instances of BSCBATProps Gascooker Vol 04.dat as these now form part of BSC MEGA Props Gascooker Vol01.
The revised lots will be uploaded as soon as possible with a Cleanitol file to remove the old lots.

Thanks a lot for your efforts. I always liked gascookers buildings. Especially his/her commercials. If I read the statistics right, the IKEA lot is the single most downloaded building on the LEX (not counting dependencies and mods)? And now all of them are ready for the CAM:)

They have been updated and are CAMpatable but none of them need CAM to work. There are no lots that are over stage 8.
It does seem as though IKEA is as popular on the LEX as the real life store is

Yes, There is it in my town too (in RL).

There is famous for what a good article can buy cheaply, and there is always a lot of visitors.
