I always like to see custom LE work and even more so when You show how You do it with LE screenies.
As a lot of other people said before it is a beautiful city and I will hang around for more!
One thing I was wondering about though is how You made Your custom flag (how to put ones own image on an in-game prop)

I haven't popped in here before...shamefully.

I'm blown away by the attention to detail and the painstaking lot editing (I know all about it and time consuming it can be). However, it always pays off, and the result is gorgeous city such as I have seen here.
