I would like to find a transit-enabled lot that connects a diagonal rail to a subway. Preferably a flat-ground transition, though I am okay with an on-slope transition.

I'm pretty sure there isn't any - not unless it's rather new.  I can't think of any diagonal ground to subway connections; they'd be rather tricky to build, and I don't think there's a lot of demand for them.

I can't think of diagonal TE lots off the top of my head. Is it even possible?

It's possible.  There are no diagonal TE transitions that I know of, but there are diagonal TE stations.  Here are a few examples.
Find my power line BAT thread here.
Check out the Noro Cooperative.  What are you waiting for?  It even has electricity.

Here are some rural power lines.

I already have enough diagonal stations, but thanks anyway.
