I open this topic to present my LOTs and my reLOTs. All are for the EBLT and will be uploaded on the STEX, on maybe on the LEX (I'll try it :D).
So, here, you'll can find all my LOTs:
- French College - 100%
- Rooming house - 70%
- Little Building - 70%

So its only the house on the ends of the two rows that has a garden!
What about LOT that is 2 tile deep and give all the houses a garden ?
Very nice work there, Guillaume! &apls However, I think your lot will look better if you put some flowers on the empty grass and if you change the lamp posts to more "cheaper" ones. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see your lots in the STEX! :thumbsup:

Very nice! I agree with io_bg about the lampposts. Your layout is nice and choice of textures is fitting for the buildings. &apls
Good. Like djvandrake said, the textures are nicely choose. Now as Arne (Vester) said, if you enlarge the lot for 2 tile with gardens it will be even better IMHO. And also, try to use other cars as Orange's one and try to use Pk's light post. ;)

Very nice Guillaume, you've put some great effort into those LOTs, the only thing I can say it that you might put different trees, use the new CP's ones, it will be even better IMHO. Also, are they 2x5 lots ? or a 2x15 one ? Ahh never mind, I now it's a 2x5 and a 2x10 right ?
