Well, I was downloading over 2.5GB of dependencies files (Almost 200 files) from this list: http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=4

Then I noticed I can't download anymore due to a daily limit of download and I only downloaded half of the list 

Is there a visible cooldown so I can know when I can start downloading files again? If not, how much longer will it take to the system allow me to download again? Exactly 24 hours since the block? My dependency hunt isn't complete yet and I'd like to download some mattb's buildings as soon as possible because the vanilla buildings are burning my eyes
