At first the contrast on the new roof caught me as wrong, but I think I like it after a few seconds... And the new yellow building is quite nice!

Nifty. For the one under construction, you could make a finished one as well. Then make them a timed prop. After one year, it is actually finished (kinda realistic, huh?)
