So yeah, I just had some pics lying around, and thought it might be good to share em.

I live near lake ontario, in Burlington, and this is like a 5 minute walk away from my house:

Shadow Assassin

Well, I am a citizen of the City of Sydney. :P (Well, I live out in the suburban wastelands...)

Travelling on the train over the bridge, I got some good shots of Luna Park (but not of the Opera House; that's on the opposite side).

I'm not sure, but I think this was of Central Station.

The structure outside Central Station, where the bus interchange is located.

Central Station's clock tower.

This is Darling Harbour, with part of the skyline in the background.

Again.

A tunnel ventilation stack for the Cross-City Tunnel.

I love Photobucket's resize options, they work great for this sort of thing.

Wetzlar ist geil <3

I live in Wolfsburg.

"Allersee"

The Badeland in Wolfsburg has been the biggest swimming pool in Germany and one of the biggest in Europe:

Our small ice arena (icehockey is not that popular in Germany) :

Made for only 4500 visitors:

Soccer stadium "VOLKSWAGEN ARENA":

Not that popular as well: Malls. This one contains ~100 shops, so it's not that big but it's just right for such a small city (125.000 habitants)

Some impressions...

Lake "Schillerteich":

Unfortunatly you can never get a total view of the city because she's pretty large (not big). Here's a small view of the very north-east:

The city center (which is not made of skyscrapers in Europe)

The castle Wolfsburg (wolvescastle) :

A park near the caslte:

It's btw one of the oldest buildings in Wolfsburg (built before 1300)

This is the huge world-famous Volkswagenwerk:

And the power plant:
Visit Vorsfelde.

My days here are numbered. It's been great and I've had a lot of fun, but I've moved on to bigger and better things.

Time to show some "rare" pictures from my home city. For those who don't know, Helsinki is capital and largest city of Finland. These pictures are taken by some person and they are no normal tourist photos. All credits go to that guy, who took these. And hotdogs for giving the link :P

Ruoholahti district in the background.

Kamppi at night. City of Espoo's skyline can be seen in the background.

Hietaniemi (Hietsu in Helsinki slang) beach with skyline of Espoo.

Old, famous covered market near Market Square.

"Iconical" image of Helsinki. Cruise ship arriving to the city, Lutheran Cathedral dominates the skyline. Pasila TV Tower and Ferris Wheel of Linnanmäki amusement park at right.

Cathedral. Merihaka & Kalasatama districts in the background.

One of the reason, why Helsinki does not have real skyscrapers. Merihaka Towers.

Kallio district with Kallio church.

Töölönlahti / Töölö Bay

Looking towards Kallio district from Forum me thinks.

Morning in the city.

City Core behind Central Railway Station.

Some architechture.

Kolmikulma / Tricorner near Erottaja (Skillnaden, Separator). Embassy of the Republic of Ireland is in the yellow house.

I'll take some pictures myself, when I buy new camera. I promise. And thanks to him, who took those pictures from rooftops. Kiitos.

RippleJet

These pictures are real gems, Bengt! :)
Please extend my thank you to your source as well!

Very familiar views of my hometown for almost two decades (1982-1998)!

Most of them escaped by foot. Those who were unable to walk had to call in the ambulance to get out of there lol
