Odessa is largest city (although not the capital) in USRWN (http://simcitypolska.pl/zsrwn ). It's not only an administrative center of the Pomerania Voivodship, but also an intra-regional scientific and economic center. Odessa is an important cultural center on the map of USRWN. There's the old town, industrial areas, large estates and many green areas - beauty is in the diversity. Now - Odessa has 70,000 inhabitants.

Update 1.
The first update shows Odessa's old town with many monuments, squares, parks...

What could I say? Firstly, of course, welcome at sc4d with Odessa ;). The second from the end looks nice. It's interesting that you show us, how you make w2ws black and change the chronological order :P
Thank you for visiting Kolbrów, and for being for last ten years!

Battlecat

Great start!  I really like how your w2w development looks!

ecoba

Really nice start. I particularly like the varied buildings you use, creates a diverse setting, if you know what I mean. One suggestion I have though is to not have so many base textures, you can change them in the Lot Editor.  :)

At beginning sorry for my mistakes in English.

kbieniu7 - thanks, but i didn't change chronological order ;) I think it's more realistic when in the city are 'clear' and 'black' buildings because it makes great atmosphere.
Battlecat - thanks
ecoba - thanks. Lot Editor - I know but... I'm too lazy to do it with every BAT which i build ;)
canyonjumper - thanks
Tomas Neto - thanks

Maybe it's realistic, but In my opinion the "hardest" black in sc looks "a bit" odd.

This is certainly a great start, and you have a great Euro style city going on. I loved the choice for the town hall.
