Ped Mall Tiles question

Hi,

Simple question: There is no "normal white" ped mall style, like the color the center pole is? What am I missing here?

You're not missing anything.  There is no ped mall piece with white pavement but without the center pole.  Maybe we will see one in a future release of the NAM.

If you're willing to do a little modding of your own, you can remove the center pole from those pieces.  It's an either/or situation though.  You can leave it as is with the center pole or modify it to permanently remove the center pole.  You can't currently have both.

Here's the link to the instructions on how to remove the center pole.

Please make sure that you keep a backup copy of any file that you mod, just in case things go wrong.

Just a slight elaboration on what ScottFTL said:  Although you can't have both versions of this ped mall tile in your menus at the same time, you can have them both in your city at the same time.  You can remove and replace the center pole, and it only affects new ped mall tiles that you plop; older ones stay the way they were.

If you dont mind the small sewer grate, you can use the ped mall flup tile without the center pole.
