the other threads i found where map requests were posted suggested i start another topic cause they havent been replied to in over 120 days. dead thread?

anyway, i just reinstalled sc4 deluxe ed recently and i felt the urge to work on a region. im from the philippines, specifically Manila. i just wanted to see if you guys can make it? i dont know what DEM is and i saw a taipei map and thought that was close, geographically.

DEM is Digital Elevation Model set and is used to accurately scale real world topography for usable SC4 maps.
