I know, but can not have traffic, yet most of the roads that are in these pictures are at least 1,000 in traffic.

I see you are posting your pictures as jpgs now.....thank you very much for that. But the ones at the top of the page are still pngs and take a long time to load. Please convert them when you have the chance. It's really in your best interest as well as it is a rule that MD pics should all be jpgs.

Yes I am aware that PNG is a heavy format, but other than the GIF is the only one to offer a transparent quality, but if it's really annoying, I would use the latest format. ;)

You manage to make a "griddy city" actually look good. :) I like the balance of buildings & parks, and how you make use of multiple tiers & levels. That's the problem with so many cities anymore; they're almost all on flatland.
The only thing I'd recommend - altho' I have no talent to back this up, but - you seem to cram everything so close together. Try experimenting with planting trees to divide diffrent areas, or something. Just a suggestion.... ;)

The beaches look great but I think the new textures are a bit two "rough" or "dirty". My favorite beach mods have been marsh's ones released on simtropolis--he has two or more different styles and if you're trying to find the best fit for your cities it might be worth having a look :thumbsup:
I like the ghetto and the realistic decadent beach because is very appropriate for the area in which is.

Far away from the frenetic bustle of the downtown, Hampton is a peninsula very prised by wealthiest inhabitants envious to find the peace or have a beautifull house for holiday in front of the water.
The marina at the tip attracts a lot of tourists who want make a turn of boat in the laguna of the city.

Somehow I thought this was a thing of the past, due to improper modded props (Maxis props turned into timed props) which would have been corrected. Also, like RickD Raphael says, are you sure you didn't reorganize the plugins folder and accidently left something out? It maybe worthwhile looking into these (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=7264.msg406370#msg406370) threads (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=7066.msg396259#msg396259) to see if there's change for recovery.

I have my little technique for restore the props on the maps (fully) but it's temporary.

I really love your style. Your neighborhoods are so expansive and massive. I can never get such large regions of residential without them complaining about commute times.
I have a question. I noticed in one of your earlier posts you modified the size of your region. how did you do this in an already created and built on region? I was trying to do this to my region by just modifying the size of the config in paint, but I couldn't get it to work in the left or western side of the map without having issues. Perhaps a Silly question but I saw you do that and was impressed.

In particular, what nighttime lights mod is that, how do those houses have so many trees in their yards, and what did you use to border your coasts?

Love the W2W res neighborhoods.....love the industrial areas near the res.....love the dirty waterway leading to the water front and I love the avenue along the beachy waterfront. All done very, very well!!
