Malformed subscription links

I subscribe to many threads here but in the last two days, every single one of the links to the threads has been sent through malformed or with an illegal character.

Examples:

http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic™0.new;topicseen#new (RHW (Real HighWay) Development and Support)
http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topicE75.new;topicseen#new (Haljackey's SimCity 4 archives)
http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topich43.new;topicseen#new (RHW Interchange Guide)
http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic%2.new;topicseen#new (Show us your Interchanges)

They should look like this:
http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=13981.new;topicseen#new (This thread)

The unsubscribe links are similarly malformed.

It is not my connection, as they're all malformed in exactly the same place.
The rest of the content of the emails is perfectly fine.
