Save problem (only one region)

SC4 to a problem when I save, it often crash, which made me lose my progress. Thinking he still sa'gissait a problem from Windows (as I'm doing updates very récement), I decide everything reinstall Windows 7.

Yesterday I installed Windows 7 completely again as a factory setting. So I had to reinstall all my software and program, but it is not very serious. I thought anyway configure my Windows 7.

Today wanting try again experience, I see my backups continue to buger me and make a return to the Windows desktop. I tried to make backups to another region than Dahammas, and on the other it works very well.

I wonder if my area Dahammas would not corrupt? Or something like that. How to solve this problem? I tried to put different screen resolutions, launch SC4 administrator, change compatibility, remove all plugins... But nothing there, it does not work for Dahammas region.
