Offset BSC Parks?

I found two offset lots for the BSC Parks series, but they were both made with a flowerbed, is there a way to create an offset "green" lot as well?
I am currently trying to create offset parklots for use under powerlines and therefore need something that does not "break" the powerlines as they pass over the parks.

Deadwoods made those offset lots and he is no longer active in the SC4 community. Unless someone else wants to make a suitable prop then I am afraid you are out of luck.

I once made one for personal use, but it looked too bright compared to the normal grass, and thus I never used it.
