You seem to be having a lot of fun with this MD and Photoshop in general - especially with all of the one-liners and immature jokes.

As for having rich people live "by the tracks" (to quote your own words here 2 updates back) Simcity seems to do stuff like that a lot.  I'm currently building a small town in which a lot of rich people live by the town's old mill, as opposed to away from it.

Hi Patriots,

I am going to go on late holidays (I haven't time earlier) and I decided to visit Tropicana, check weather, hotels and food. Bud I got lost in this crazy city  and I don't know where can I stay here 

I like beaches and waterfront, don't like rainy weather (but I like your photoshopping jokes  )

How to make rain in Photoshop

kudos to hotdogs for originally teaching me this.

To start, open up your simcity picture.

go

new layer-set the opacity to 60, the higher number the heavier rain, but i think you want it no higher than 70.

render-clouds

add noise-check monocronomic or somthing, im not sure, but just find an option thats somthing like that and select it.

Now do a motion blur diagonally with a 70 degree angle.

you now have rain.

Downtown with good beaches. The moment i do "tastyzots" the beaches become crap , so i have to smudge out zots.

Today I got some construction pics from the shore near downtown, the suburbs, and the ugly red bridge. I accidently deleted half, so its messed up and out of order. No photoshopping cause its construction.

place some of my crappy land/water hybrid seawalls, aka pedestrian malls. I wonder if the animated people will walk into the water and drown?

The construction site for the 2007 SCBL champs the Tropicana Trojans. and they are named after USC not the other thing that uses that word!



Too many cranes! not enough pipes and foundations.
