I dont remember the exact creator, but i got them on the STEX, just search parking lots

Thanks for the answer. Your shopping area looks amazing. I ended up spending some quality time downloading some Japanese BATs because I was so impressed. I love how you made it W2W. I can get W2W in my cities but it takes a lot of vigilance and plopping.

I have seen this mall on so many posts :D. But here it is from me.
And that turning lane lot in the bottom left corner is ugly to me &mmm. But at least its UDI and transit enabled and it connects the mall to the road somewhat realisticly

How did you get it to be transit enabled? My version isn't like that.

The lot has no road stubs, so you can make the illusion that it is connected to something, there somewhere in the general modds section on STEX

I change the picture to lower saturation and will use a maximum width of 1024px for my pictures (mod edit by Tag_one ;))

I know the pics form a while back but Neofita, where did you get the concert grounds at the bottom of your pic? I've never seen that stage or really any kind of adequate music or festival grounds before.

those concert grounds are on the STEX somewhere, just type "concert" in the STEX search box and you'll find a few ;)

That's really creative of you. But that power plant concerns me.

The thing that caught my eye here most is the layout of the rails and power lines, the rails are very smooth. But I would have to suggest a non-maxis Plant as well.

It didn't work for me either. I later found out that the bat was created by bobbo066 (sp?). He is no longer active and removed all of his bats off the STEX. There are only 4 bats left by him and they're on the LEX.

Here a typical south-eastern US (carolina) shopping area early in the morning , temperatures are already close to 100°F and will probably reach 114°F. Better park your car close to the entrance to avoid walking to far in the heat and mosquitos that dwell in the creeks.

Ah, it's like looking at home.   :P  114 is awfully hot though.  Maybe a typical high of 100.  In the early morning it would be in the 80s.  You can't exaggerate the mosquitoes though.

Thank you all, I try to make my cities look a little more realistic.  With even more creative thinkers the game is becoming more and more attractive and what was one thought was impossible is becoming reality due to all this GREAT creations coming out.

Makes me feel like I've gotten stuck in an Orange County shopping mall, which isn't a great feeling, but it's cool to see it in SC4.

Lovely work; I've been far too lazy to make something like this but it's nice to see someone take the initiative. This indeed would be hard if the BATs and LOTs didn't exist, but I have them all and have never made something like this, so there's something to be said about your work :thumbsup:.

Thank you.  I agree that thanks to the creators imagination providing esteem buildings to make suburban feel.  I only wish that Cities Skylines the maps were bigger and more and the same type of suburban commercial as in SC4 existed, but it does not which is why I still play SC4.

Here is another one of mine thanks to SIMGOBER at a VERY BUSY intersection of two major 7 lane avenues.

Wow! I can't even do something like that... although I think I like to fit more green space in between, otherwise the plop shops come in handy.

Thank you for the kind words.  I love building Rural and Suburban scenes.  It does take time and patience and with HoHo's parking, and selecting buildings that blend in beautifully make the shopping centers nicely and a little more realistic.  The goal is to create traffic and provide employment for my sims to grow upper-class homes.
