Looking for a mod that lets me limit the type of rail traffic that uses a stretch of track.  I want to disable the passanger trains in one of my cities.  Also looking for one that works on roads and streets that limits commercial truck travel.  Thanks!  And yes, I'm sure there was a thread about this already, I looked and couldn't find it and search didn't work any better.  For that, I'm sorry
