Help!

I downloaded the RHW, and I couldn't use the puzzle peices, or attach the rural highway to m existing roads, and I want the mod removed.How do I do that. I am not a really good programmer or modder, just so those who do know I can't reprogram everything.

Do you have the NAM installed? Otherwise, the RHW will not work. As to uninstalling, an unistal.exe should be somewhere in your plugin folder, as well as in your start menu.
