Modding SimCity 4 Fonts

Hey guys,
Recently I translated SimCity 4 fully into Irish Gaelic, and I was wondering if it would be possible to add a new font. I want to be able to use the font "Cló Gaelach" if possible (as this is the traditional Irish script and I'd like to offer this version in the mod too). If SimCity 4 won't allow the dots over b, c, d, f, g, m, p, s and t; then I'll just add a "h" manually instead of it like Modern Irish Latin script. I have the font files, but I'm not too sure on how to mod this. Can someone tell me what files to mod where, and general info about it?
