---Transmission start---

The HQ of Southern Bordertown seperatists awaits some map for planning further instructions.
(As the Governour demanded ;) )

Hopefully our communications and remote sensing specialists are still alive.

Further Information for Leadership of Bordertown, South

The Headquarter's requets are simple.

We need more people, we need more stuff. Further information within the attached picture (Tiles D+E).

- Zones: Make it possible for industry and residents to pitch their tents. The map is just a rough guideline.

- Commercial: Build one (1) big mall. The position is marked.

- Transportation networks: Build a bridge (gray line) across the river by extending the recent roads, so residents can get to work. And extend the rail into the west and build a station. The southern route is a proposition for a freight yard.

Other utilities and similar things are hooked on upcoming demand.

4.
QuoteAt least 1 picture in any view Each of the army, navy and airforce bases and no more than 2 pictures each, making it a max total of 6 pictures of the military.

Air Force
Built on Tile B - Upper Bancroft, this base is well within earshot of the separatists. The fighter jocks enjoy nothing better than taking off and flying at low altitude over the township on the opposite bank. The more broken windows the better.

Army and Navy - Joint Base
Located in Bancroft Crossing - Tile E, the joint base is located within view of the separatists.
The activity in the base is high, although our friends across the river aren't aware that most of the soldiers/sailers are actors.
The real deal are off training elsewhere, preparing for the anticipated offensive due any time now.

Hello David

Wow! Look at all the rocky shores along the river. How long did that take?  ::)  And that traffic circle at Bancroft Crossing really defines the center of town.

Nice update. Will be tough to beat.

Beautiful work, Dave, but that's no surprise! :) The air field is especially well done - it looks better every time I see it! The scenic rail line is well-crafted, too - you do have an eye for creating stunning rural scenes.

Later...

Judging Challenge 5

I finally got around to continue the GRV II Challenges and we will continue with the judgement of Challenge 5, 6 and 7 in the next weeks. Make also sure to read the *speach* that I wrote in the General discussion thread, maybe giving an explanation to all this delay.
How this challenge was judged can be found in the Challenge 5 thread. Please read it so you can judge my Challenge 5 also.

This challenge wasn't any easier than the one before to judge, because we had to look at many different points and from different views. Thank You.

1. Exellent choice of your checkpoints which made them quite controlable and safe. 4 points were added.
2. Your orders to your adversary were clear and net, well done and 4 points were added.
3. Completing the demands of you rebels are also generally well done and missing a little piece. Because of the details and time spent in this part of the challenge we couldn't resist to give you 4 points the same.
4. Army lots, especially the airport, are just a tiny bit exagerated concerning size, impressive alright. We gave you 3 points for this.
5. You got it, when we said we wanted scenic railways, this is probably the best of means. A solid 4, almost+, points wered earned by this part of the challenge. Excellent picture.
Having posted with the timelimit is worth another point.

This is an outstanding completion of challenge 5, one of very few. You have earned yourself a total of 20 points, almost perfect. Congratulations.

Lynn and Fred

You cannot stop now, can't you? I didn't see your PM btw.....;)
