The glare is included in the BAT4MAX render, inside 3dsMax. I expect to tone it down anyways.

Thank you very much for bestowing this honour upon me. It means quite a lot, given I always strive to help out the Sim City community in whatever way I can with my BATs. As a result of this, I'll be releasing a beta version of the houses for download as a link in a subsequent post. I hope some of you can enjoy an early version of my houses, and also help me out with any issues that affect lot growth.

Thank you everyone for your very kind words; it is greatly appreciated!  I neglected to name the urban/dilapidated highway mod, so any suggestions are welcome. As for the houses, they are coming along quite nicely. I have already finished a second version in fact...

I am currently working on a third version, of which there will be four in total I hope. I have made each house in -22.5, 90, 22.5 and 45 degree versions to meet all your needs!

Thanks for the kind words art128. In regards to those houses, some people have noted issues in having them grow. I believe I've figured out the solution. In the initial download, I neglected to add the buildings for the lots. The absence of buildings is characteristic of this kind of error. You may download the required buildings here:
