After Route 110 was built there was still a part of Abony that didn't have any road or rail access, so Mayor Tom decided to build a new road, Route 111, to provide better access to the future farms in the eastern part of Abony.
Unfortunately, right after construction on the new road was finished a group of Separatists blocked off and tore up a part of Route 110 and the Grand River Railway on the northern side of the border. Here is a map of the region with the severed connections visible:

And some close-ups of the severed connections:

Fortunately for Mayor Tom, he could now build freely in Heves, which is the part of the Grand River Valley that he had the biggest plans for.

One place that the Mayor had some big plans for in the future was the town of Agria (tile H). It will become a major town in Heves because of the flat land and good transportation connections. Here is a picture of how the town looks right now:

Before the Separatists took control, Mayor Tom had a chance to take some pictures of a few places in Abony.
This is the the village of Bekes (tile B):

A more recent picture of the town of Matra (tile E):

A series of 90 degree curves on Route 110 needed to cross the river to get to Highway 10 in Tile A:

Now all the Mayor can do is hope that the Separatists don't mess up Abony too much while they are in control.

Thank you for your update.

We have now taken note and copied the pictures of your challenge 3, it will be judged after the deadline.
Now you can do whatever you wish to do within your regionhalf only, but make sure not to overbuild it comparing to the rest of the region. It might give you some serious problems later on.
You do NOT have the right to touch anything of the part that belongs to the Separatists.

Challenge 4 will be partially given by your adversary and you will give a challenge to someone else. Who will be challenging who and the matter of the challenge will be discussed in the Challenge 4 thread once everyone has turned in their part of this challenge.

Are you ready to be told what to do by a Separatist and a Governor? Good luck and we hope you enjoyed this one.

Challenges are getting harder to do, so does the judging, and we soon need more time to judge the challenges. I know this took awhile but we have been working on it for quite awhile and since our judging is being done separately, we have to bring them together before presenting the final results. Thank you for being patient. So here they are.

A.  Route 11 mad access to the rest of the region but the fact that it came back on its own trail more or less, we gave you 4 points for the route challenge.
B.  Both road and rails cutoffs are very well done, simple and effective. We gave you 4 points for the cutoff challenge.
C.   Nicely coming along is your region, but we were impossible to give you more than 3 points for the regional works challenge. Everything is based on a square and rectangular pattern, The town looks like it was sytematically planted there. You should use variety in building, including different sizes and forms of farms and roads.

A Total of 11 Points were added to your challenge.

We recommend to change a little your systematic building and use some different forms, especially unregular shaped towns and farms. Good luck with the separatists.
