Ok i'm getting tired of this..It seems like i have to restart my pc after 4 or 5 times i play the game..Yea i'm running windows vista home premium service pack 1...I have..

AMD X2 DUEL CORE 2.30 GHz

2.00 Memory

32 bit operating system..

Dont forget to install the AMD "dual core optimizer" available on the AMD web site.. the dual core causes some conflicts for SC4 as it is quite an old game and strictly single-threaded .. good luck

The imagecfg things are not necessary at all if the "dual core optimizer" is installed from AMD.. at least it was not needed in my case (and prior to installing it I HAD used the imagecfg technique) .. also its considerably simpler for the "non-geeks" out there..
