Superb parks and mosaic....

After seeing that , I almost hate to put this little thing up....almost ::)

Had a little hill in the middle of a pretty flat city, and wanted to leave it pretty much natural...don't know if this is "natural" but like the way it turned out...

If I'm not mistaken, each of those blocks is four 3x3 lots, made by c.p., and available on the LEX.

Travis, that's real nice!  Just one question - where'd you get what looks like a 2x2 or 2x3 Kentucky Fried Chicken?

I'm truly impressed by all the beautiful parks I've seen on this page by iamgoingtoeatyou, oldrogue, sepsis, Haljackey, RBC and Travis and all I can say is Wow!  Fantastic job on those &apls  Here's two pics of my first large scale city park, one day and one night.  Although rather simple and straight forward, I thought it wasn't half bad for my first attempt.

Always wanted to do a Biiiiiiggggg park.....I don't usually make cities large enough for one, but this is an exception....obviously unfinished downtown area

Now that's a sweet park .. :)  Obvious you spent a lot of time and care on it.

Looking over this thread (my first time) I am amused by the baseball parks with the 48mx48m baseball fields.. way too small even for softball.. hehe.. the infield alone is 30mx30m on a hardball diamond (20x20 for softball). It dawned on my that there are tons of reworks of soccer and football fields but I've never come across a reasonable baseball field. Its true that the likely hardball field would be in a major league stadium.. typically about 120mx120m or more for the field alone.. with seating around that (or far less common in "city parks).. but every town in the USA has areas often with MANY of these fields together where thousands of folk.. both girls and guys of all ages play in leagues.. and go drinking heavily frequently afterward.. hehe
