Streetlights on wider RHWs

I would like to know how to add streetlights and barriers on all of the wider RHW networks. I saw the http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/21189-rhw-lights-and-barriers/ mod by Xyloxadoria, but his mod adds lights and barriers to everything which I do not want. I would only like to have lights on RHW-6s, 6C, 8s, 8C, 7C, and 10s. Not on RHW-2/4. I'm guessing this is a T21 thing, but I don't know how to do things like this. Can someone help me? Thanks!

The thing you're asking for is actually quite easily achievable. I'll guide you through the process 
1. Download xyloxadorias mod, and unpack it.
2. If you don't already have the reader by ilive, then get it here
3. Using the reader, open one of the dat-files in the mod (there should be three). As you'll see, Xyloxadoria has been so kind to put in the names of the networks that each examplar alters.
4. Right click on the examplars modifying the RHW-4 and/or RHW-2, and select Remove file. Do the same to the DIR file.
5. You're almost done. Now, right click again and select ReIndex. Save, and you're done.
