I've downloaded the SFBT Lomonossov University and it dosen't work in my cities. I have all the conditions needed to get the reward and I deleted the conflicting bats (university, museum and library). But the reward still doesn't work. Also the university couldn't be placed anymore, I had to use the U-Drive It reward and it reappears in the menu but not the Lomonossov...
Any idea ? Thank you ;)
