Have always wanted a replacement for the games policekiosk.
So if not anyone is doing one, I decided started making one for myself:

The inspiration for the structure is taken from this Police station in Odense, Denmark:

Tried to find some sort common sign of Police station. The closed was a checker pattern.
The pattern is taken from the Australien, the Chicago Police and British Police (on the hats :P)

Time to dirty up the textures and add some roof junk.

I really like this. Small, nice looking, and useful, hope to see it released soon :)

Went by a blue building today that inspired me to try an extra color on the walls:

the blue is definitely quite nice, I like it :)

Looking good! We need more Police (and Fire) Station variety.

Cheers,
Kevin

Badsim

Lovely police station (strange to say !  $%Grinno$% ) , very good as kiosk , but that style would deserve a larger building (even fictive) as well ... ::)

Might do a bigger station in the same style. The RL station is big as well.

Trying to dirty up the textures:

Have remove the rust on the metal garage door, but add some warning stripes and a KEEP CLEAR.

Its zoom 5 plus three click on mouse wheel zooming in.

Added some more roof junk. Some aircon and some communications equipment.

Time for some nightlights.

Lowkee33 pointed out that the discs was floating, so they have now been fasten to the roof:

Wow looks great vester. There's certainly a great demand to police stations etc.
and..
Is that ground thingy under your model just BATted,or something else?

vester

Ground thingy is not going to be part of the finish bat. I use it to see the size compared to a tile and to see if the textures for the lot works.

Small request.

Is there anybody around London that would do me a favour ?

I could really use some pictures of:

Kennington Police Station on 49-51 Kinnington Road.
Its close to Lambeth North underground station.

Another station on the way this time inspired by Kennington Police Station:

Two sides and a roof done.

Started out doning a short version for 1 tile, but it just didn't "work", so now I am aiming at 1x2 tiles.
Again the checker pattern is use on this station.

BTW: Its use on some station in Scotland as well:

at least that is what it says on iStockphoto.

Badsim

I love that one as well . It could fit in any european country/city ...

That doesn't matter , we need various sizes ... and about the kiosk version , would it be possible to increase radius demand satisfaction , as the original is quite ridiculous ... ?  ::)

Keep on this great work !

Really great textures on the last one :)

Thank you for your comments

Have been working on the back side:

Pretty sure I will rework the support for the garage roof at the back.
Still need to do the filling bars on the railing at the entrance. Also need some more details with support ect. for the platform at the front as well.

Think I will call this one done:

Girafe

Good job Arne

I would put a red light on the antenna  :P
The entrance is really small, maybe to switch to glass pannels more modern and bigger than this small dark door  &Thk/(

This is the end, hold your breath and count to ten, feel the earth move, and then...
