On the way back we stopped by Florence

My first attempt at making a 360 degree panorama which ended up being just a very wide one :D

I hope you liked these pics, thanks for viewing :)

You have a good natural eye for taking photography, lets hope the new D90 can produce some more wonderful pictures!! Also what cell phone do you have?? The second picture of the red sea is so sharp :o

Thank you skyhigh and kelis! My cell is Sony Ericsson Vivaz. It takes okay-ish pics ;D
Here are the best pics I took during the last week (using the D90 of course :P)

Tomorrow I'm heading to Rila, the highest mountain in Bulgaria and the Balkan peninsula. So get ready for more pics from there ;D

Love the first pic, there is something about a sailing boat on a flat lake that is just amazing  &apls The third pic has a very interesting foreground, could make quite the abstract picture, Rila looks like a good place to take pictures of, can't wait to see them  :P

Zdravei Ioan! (здравей!)

I really like your pictures, the pictures of Bourgas remind me a little bit of Lake Ohrid in Macedonia!
Anyway, during the summer of 2003 (When I was 4) I went to Varna, and I Loooved it there, so I wondered, do you have any pics of Varna? $%Grinno$%

If you do, could you please post them?

Thanks a Lot in advance !

Greetings from the Netherlands!

art128 - Thanks! And I'm still enjoying it ;D
skyhigh - Thank you as well! Just to point out, it's the Black sea in the first picture :P
Ricky112233 - Thanks for your comment Ricky! Unfortunately I've been only twice in Varna and I didn't stay very long there (just a few hours) so I don't have any interesting pics from there ()sad() But if I ever go there again, I'll certainly share them :) Greetings from Bulgaria, too!

So here are some of the pictures I took. First is Musala, the highest peak in Bulgaria and the Balkans which stands 2925 metres above the sea level.

Unfortunately an hour before I reached the top it started raining. On the next day we visited the Seven Rila lakes. Here's a random Rila landscape

Another one

There were some horses on the way up

Part of the Bliznaka lake (which means the Twin lake)

Small streams connect all these seven lakes

Bubreka lake (means the Kidney lake - because of it's shape)

Some more horses

On the third (and last) day we visited the Stob pyramids, some interesting rock formations

Our last stop was the Rila monastery, the largest (and most famous) one in Bulgaria.
(both pics are HDR ones)

I hope you've enjoyed this mountainous tour :)
