I have a windows 7 and i cant get this to load up. goes to the splash screen but never pops up. I got it to work on my old computer a 2005 one but not on this one. I unziped that minipatch, that did nothing. I placed it under C. that did nothing. can someone please help me? should i change the compatibility? i really want to download a certain region and i need this in order for it to work!!!!
Ah yes, I've had that too, the solution is to move your "my documents" folder to a folder that does not start with the letter "U" (eg: not "Users")
You can also use SC4Terraformer instead. It can do everything SC4Mapper can and more, plus it isn't as problematic under Windows 7.
but they said its only for windows XP. i will try to move it again like u said
i would like to use sc4mapper if thats possible. I dont understand what u mean by moving it. i did move it under C but thst still didnt work
