This last picture is great. It looks so natural just the way the canal runs through the area. I especially like the corner point with the tower.

The teaser is very good, partially because it doesn't give away too much to the reader

I like the setup and the island, but I recommend making a new lot in LE for the diagonal part of the canal in urban areas, so that it has a concrete base texture that would blend in better.
Do I spy an unreleased BAT?
