Beautiful city! Your downtown and suburban river are both really nice, but I especially love all the seasonal trees in your first pic. Are those all a combination of the streetside mod you mentioned and plopping individual trees, or did you also use some seasonal tree lots or any other kind of mods (e.g. something to replace all Maxis trees, or a seasonal tree controller for a terrain mod)?

I will have to try to catch up on your older CJ posts, but I also look forward to seeing more here.

GreekMan - Thank you!
eufl - Artificial trees ofcourse ;) Thanks!

noahclem - Thanks!
aragornjdl - Thanks for your kind words! The street trees are a new mod off of the STEX and the rest of the seasonal trees are all LOTS downloaded from the 3RR threads here.

Nice updates! You've piqued my interest in those SAM replacement streets.

Very nice! Might I ask where you found those SAM textures?

Congratulations on an excellent start to your MD wwecruz.  Your mosiac shows very pleasant suburbs.  I really like your use of color and texture in your development.  Your choice of buildings, lots, and mods are very complementary.  Well done.

Cheers!
