This is the PIM-X'd version of the Torre Oriental, which was released by TCX on the STEX a few days ago. Unfortunately, it only came with a plop version, so I made a Stage 12 CS§§ out of it and changed the plop accordingly. It grows and plops on a 1x1 lot and has a .85 filling degree. The model (only dependency) can be found here.

This is the PIM-X'd version of the SHARK Hotel, which was released by /zumi/ on the STEX back in 2006. I made a Stage 9 CS§§§ out of it. It grows on a 4x3 lot and has a .35 filling degree. The model can be found here.
