The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

I just ran into this Topic by dealey, and discovered that no pics showed. Of course, the topic is about eight years old.
Too bad! Looks real good too. Bridges that connect neighbors, imagine!

I hope the author can upgrade this?

They are most likely lost for good, unfortunately, like a lot of threads of that type.  daeley did pop into say hi awhile back, but has otherwise been inactive for a very long time.  Pretty much everything in the thread was the start of the Diagonal Bridge Enabler, however, so if you have the DBE, you should be able to do pretty much everything that was in the thread.
