These plugins do not change the game, and do not save anything into the savegame files.
They are safe to test in existing cities, and may be added/removed at any time.

Automata Plugin:
----------------
This changes the automata to remove (most of) the "appearing/disappearing cars" problem. It also makes the simulated vehicles move at (more-or-less) scale speed when the game is on its slowest speed setting. It may look a little slow at first, but it *is* what the real world looks like.

I am not sure about the simulated traffic density, and welcome feedback on whether there are too many or too few vehicles appearing.

TunnelAndSlope Plugin:
----------------------
This is a variation on the many "slope mods" available. It is aware of all network types, and the slopes are balanced to visually match with the NAM's "puzzle pieces."

NOTE: The "slope" tuning is also where the network cost of creating and bulldozing networks is located. I adjusted this to match what things really ought to cost relative to each other, and as a side-effect, it no longer costs $100 to demolish a Ped Mall. Try $15. :)
