This is alpha 03 of my NWM-support and (much-needed) NAM pathfinding overhaul.  It is a minor refinement of the alpha 02 that has been working well for the testers.  Whatever is causing the NAM-related abandonment problems, this seems to helping quite a lot.

The following mods are no longer needed with the a03 plugin:

* Grand Rail Station Fix  (it's built-in)
* Any demand/abandonment mods that were being used to fix "stalling" or abandonment problems.
* Any/All of the NAM "pathfinding" plugins.
* (optional) Opera House and Private School mods/fixes.

The following "optional" features are in it for testing also, in separate folders with their own READMEs:

MaxisFixes: Files to increase the radius of Schools, Fire, Police, Water Treatment and Hospital buildings by 4x, to match the scale of the game.  Reward building fixes to match.  *All* transit stations given proper "Entry Costs.

Optional: Automata file that makes cars stop appearing/disappearing (mostly) and move at game-scale speed.  Complete Slope mod that matches the slopes of the NAM's "Puzzle Pieces," and fixes the problem with Puzzle Pieces costing too much to bulldoze.


PARK AND RIDE:  You wanted it, you got it.  Try it in a new city on "hard," it's fun!  (Remember to install the MaxisFixes files too, or it'll act VERY strangely!)
