Title: Region Census Error

So I've been trying to get region census working for a while... It works on Maxis made regions.. but every time I try to load up one of my custom regions I get this error

"C:\Program Files\Region Census\library.zip\BmpImagePlugin.py:42: FutureWarning: x<<y losing bits or changing sign will return a long in Python 2.4 and up"

Anybody have an ideas?
